sleepless

I'm 16 w 3d with 2nd child. I'm 41 and my son is 13. I have been unable to get at a minimum 4 hrs of sleep. If I am not going to the bathroom then my legs are falling asleep with that tingling feeling all the way to my feet. I am constantly tossing & turning. Any suggestions on comfortable ways to lay? I'm so tired by morning and the baby is not even here yet!

Sounds like you have poor blood circulation...  I doubt a sleep pillow will help.  Wish I had a suggestion...

So when you go to the bathroom the tingling stops? Not sure if you're trying to make s correlation. Anyway, ask your Dr. Call them. Also try walking or swimming. Maybe yoga.  Sleeping IS an issue for many though, so just keep experimenting. I get sleepless sometimes due to nausea sometimes just stress. I tend to put small pillow b/w legs...and exercise and stress reduction helped too!
