stool

i have been pooping too easily for the past month how can I get my stool back to normaL?

Define "Poooing too Easy" It is healthy to have 1-2 movements of soft formed stuff a day when eating lots of healthy leafy greens, vegies, grains. If you are having actual diaherra each day, you should let you Dr. Know or, talk to pharmacist if you can't get to Dr. for some reason. I don't recomend going too far in reverse to slow digestion, as pooping is bodies way to eliminate waste, and to become constipated while pregnant can be very uncomfortable. If you want a little natural remedy for diaherra, bananas and rice tend to slow it down, and firm up waste.

I think many people have different definitions or ideas on poop! This is a good topic to ask you Dr. about. Some of the research on line on this topic can be crazy with extremes! Some folks wanting to have 3-4 movements a day, while others prefer every other day.

My non medical personal opinion stands with 1x- 2x a day, depending on volume of foods and types of food you eat. If you are eating lots of processed items with wheat, digestion and elimination will slow.
