swollen feet):

Hey ladies, ive been having very swollen feet and they wont get any better they been getting on my way to get chores done, with my baby just 2 weeks away from being here its very hard to be on "bed rest" like my doctor said, theres to many things to get done for my little one, any ideas besides walking?

Reduce your sodium intake, drink more fluids, and elevation.

My feet are swollen SO bad, looks like I have no ankles & my feet looks like balloons. Besides keepin your feet elevated, theres nothing for us women can do /: lol. Im 2 days past my due date so im deffiantly ready to get things a rollin.

Yeaah drink lots of water.. it actually brings down swelling... footbath with epsom salt helps too if you wanna try that... keep ur feet elevated and if you areable to.. massage them.

Icant think of an alternate way of getting things ready for tge baby besides walking.. lol.. I guess do a little here and there and then rest and resume and rest.. I have been doinh this as well.

Actually I have been trying to clean my room for the last two hours.. should have been done already but I start to contract everytime I do too much.. so I am talking my sweet time..

Walking can actually make it worse, you need to be drinking water and have your feet elevated above your hips. Also wear those awful grandma compression hose when you're at home. Tacky but helpful!
