My doctor didn't push it but I wouldn't anyhow. I always have a reaction to the tetanus part of it. I get a high fever and can't move my arm for over two weeks.
I got mine in 2012 prepping for a baby one day. I'm trying to push everyone in my family to do the same thing. Better to be safe than sorry.
I got it and my arm hurt for days but none of that matters as long as I nor my family passes it on to our son. I say do it. In the end we all want wats best for our children.
I'm definitely getting it, as well as all of my family. It's a vaccine against whooping cough, which is on the rise in the United States and can be fatal to babies. It's a simple shot that you can get done at a local Walgreens and it protects your baby, so i don't see why not.
