It's different for everyone. Mine was just really bad nausea. I had to get a prescription from my Dr to ease it. It started out just in the mornings than, all day, and at the end it was just in the evenings. Sleep was the only thing that made me feel better. It lasted 2 1/2 months. This is my 2nd child and it's a girl. With my son it was only 3 weeks and only in the mornings. Once I threw up, and ate an hour later I was fine.  It's true when they say every pregnancy is different.

I was sick 24/7 w preg #3. I couldn't eat anything, smells got to me, getting up I would get dizzy, I had headaches, which turned to migraines some days. I even at times would wake up at night from a deep sleep because I felt so sick. I think you probably have morning sickness. If your run a fever, that is not good, then your most likely sick. You can take Tylenol. Try some ginger ale, ginger tea, mint tea... That may help.

Nausea during pregnancy, usually first few months. Can happen any time of the day or night.
