will laying in a tanning bed affect breastfeeding
Just wondering.. I an on breastfeeding but I also love my tanning time.. but if need be will stop I dont want to affect breastfeeding in any way. Any opinions or facts will help. (That a has to do with my question and not how bad tanning beds are for your skin and etc...) thanks in advance
Im not sure how a tanning bed will affect your breastfeeding, but maybe to be on the safe side tan under the sun for short periods. My doctor told me to do this topless in the privacy of my own back yard because it helps toughen your nipples and helps heal cracked nipples.
