Anyone have a belly button ring and pregnant? I'm worried the hole might tear I'm 24 weeks now

Just repierce what's the big deal. That's what I'm doong. I just have two holes in my belly lol a bit dark but once my tummy goes back I'll do it again

I had to take mine out at 20 weeks because my skin was streching too much, and my belly button starting to poke out was 'causing it to be red and sore. I ordered a maturnity ring, but it was unfortunately closed in the 5 days it took to reciece it, even though I've had it for 5 years.

I took mine out at 22 weeks, I think, because I could see the bar through my skin and I was fearing it was rejecting. I left it out until it stopped being red which was like.. 10 weeks. The hole had sorta closed up so I put it back in and now it's fine. Isn't red or anything. I'm now 34 weeks. Just make sure if it does begin to get red or sore, to keep it clean and put some neosporin on it if you don't want to take it out.

I'm 23 weeks and I've got my belly ring in still but I switched over to a maternity belly ring so it give you room to grow. You can get them either online or at the mall but if you get them at the mall check and make sure the end isn't broke. They sold me one that was broke now the ball won't stay on.

I didn't take mine out till I was 36 weeks and I wish I would have cause my hole ended up ripping

I tiok mine out at that time (28wks) my belly button is popping out more so it was making my ring get caught on everything an didn't want to lose my diamond it was expensive lol the prongs sound loose

I'm 37 weeks and I still have mine in. As long as you get a pregnancy ring you should be fine. :) that's what I have and I don't have any problems with it.

I still have mine in and I'm 35 weeks along. It really depends on if it's uncomfortable to you or not. Mine doesn't really get caught on anything but if it did I'd prolly take it out

I took mine out because it was getting caught when I put my clothes on. I put it threw every couple days just to keep the hole open. It does look pretty stretched and red but I'm okay with it. It will happen even if you don't take it out but after birth the marks might not GI away but they will soften up and look better. I was really nervous about it and didn't want it to get any marks but once it started stretching i don't even mind it lol

I took mine out and even if I were to leave it in, there's a HUGE stretch mark right through the hole /: but yeah, they have prego ones at like Spencer's!

They do have pregnancy ones you can get by everyone I've known has taken then out

I took mine out as soon as i found out i was pregnant. There some piercing especially for pregnant girls if you are not planning or dont want to take it off you should get one of those.

Ive known ppl(like my cousin) who had hers in the entire time and others that have had to take them out. I think it depends on the person and their growth. Id consult your piercer and doctor. They make specific pregnancy rings/curved bars you could look into..
