Eat lots of fruits and vegetables, drink water and take your vitamins. U don't wanna push out an 11lbs baby. Lol. You only need 450 calories more during pregnancy.
Ummmm I'm 35 weeks and I eat whenever and whatever I want. My weight is completely fine. Eat what you desire. Yeah obviously the whole eating for two is a myth but still if you're hungry and you crave something do it. If your doctor is worried about your weight then don't stress about "extra weight" or "you doing this to yourself"
No. You're just doing that to yourself. I'm 9 months and still eat normal. Doctors say just because you're pregnant don't mean you have to eat eat eat. You're still eating for one. The baby is so small and it stomache is so tiny, it can't eat that much. So really you're eating all that food. You're just going to gain unnecessary weight
EAT HEALTHY . Fruits and veggies and meats . Don't over do it . And You can always still go to the gym

I know that I actually be hungry because my stomach would start to growl. I don't just eat to be eating nor do i feel as if I have to eat because I'm pregnant. I actually be hungry.
You don't have to eat like that just because your pregnant that's how you gain the extra baby weight that doesn't come off after u give birth you can eat a little extra yea but not every half hour and a lot has to do with the sensation to eat my doctor says it doesn't mean your hungry healthy snacks are good through out the day but you can relax with eating like your explaining
I'm exactly the same way I'm always eating I feel like I eat every 5-10 mind but I always had a fast metabolism before I got pregnant so that may have made mine speed up more now
