Once a heartbeat is detected, the chance of m/c drops quite a bit. Also, the risk of miscarriage caused by hematomas is about 3% I was diagnosed with one about 6 weeks ago. I thought I was having a m/c as before this pregnancy, I had 4 of them. At my most recent ultrasound, it showed its healing and going in the right direction. Also make sure you are on pelvix rest. No intercourse or anything and no orgasms

i just found out i had the same thing & the beat was only 90 im scared about having a miscarriage but you just gotta take it easy . No running , jumping or going up stairs. You cant do anything strainful . & rest a lot. You can end up miscarrying but if you take it easy everything should be fine
