I was not TTC I had long given up on that one 10 yrs and 2 marriages was enough i was done! I met my BF wasnt thinking about that i thought i was infertile and that was just plain impossible!! So the next month no AF im like hmm i had to have counted wrong but then SERIOUS mood swings started so bad I was crying and in melt down mode and im like IDK what's wrong w me! LOL my friend told me to test i didnt want to of course i thought it was stupid but it brought on AF b4 so i thought what the heck and this was at 6 pm not FMU mind u it came bk positive in 3 secs!!  I nearly passed out i didnt believe it so i took 2 more they werent defective! LOL!  The only other thing i noticed I had CM and that was odd since i wasnt O'ing and i remembered the ladies here said if you that instead of AF you re PG i didnt believe it and it was true!!
Now Im 20 wks still a lil shocked LOL but getting used to it and IT'S A BOY!!  im excited and the fun is starting! PG hasnt been horrible i havent thrown up and most symptoms have been mild but the cramps and bk aches have hurt and i have had to see a speciliast since i had a leep done on my cervix but everything has measured right on track!

The way I found out I wad pregnant is kind of different.....i went to see a psychic and she told me I was pregnant..so I took a test the next day and it came up positive! She also mentioned that I am having a boy, so im very interested in seeing which gender the baby is!!

With my first we weren't trying but not preventing I thought I was took a test & it said neg two weeks later went ob vacation to Florida frequent urination came home took a two test one said neg other said poss called dr did ultrasound found out I was 11w now he is 14m my miracle baby bc not long after finding out was in bad car wreck all was ok than body refused to stretch anymore he was 2months early born @ 30w but is as healthy as can be only been sick twice since he's been born & nothing bad just a small fever

Since my husband and I were trying and my periods were irregular at that time I was taking a test every month. I got so depressed it was insane! I would get so upset every time I saw anyone post an "I'm pregnant" post on facebook. Mostly unmarried girls who didn't plan it. And not to them, to myself. The question was "why?" Why couldn't I get pregnant? I knew it'd be hard to get pregnant, I have pcos and have known I've had it for some time. I just thought my body was so messed up I wouldn't get pregnant within the year my husband and I had set before we quit. We couldn't afford fertility treatments with what insurance we have. We'd just stop and get my body to a healthy weight then try again later. I finally had stopped hoping and expecting a positive result, but it was that time of month again and again no period. There was a chance and if I was it would be better to know than not to. We were planning a trip so I decided to take the test right before we left. . . A few minutes later there it was! A BFP! The thing I had been waiting for for so long! Icouldn't hold it back! I texted my husband while he was at work and because of that got him home earlier. Long story but we didn't go on that trip and decided to then keep the baby a secret until thanksgiving to tell all of our family since we'd be close to the 2nd trimester. And for other reasons. Now here we are almost half way through! And we find out the gender on Friday, and make sure everything is great in a detailed ultrasound!

I thought my body was still trying to regulate itself since i had just come off the pill at the end of june. I didnt have a period in july, had one in august and didnt get it in september. I was 22 weeks late. Had been peeing a lot more but no other symptoms. I bought a test and took it just to see. I took the test and walked away to finish loading the laundry in the washer......came back and was completely shocked to see those 2boys lines. Lol. I am now 21 weeks with our little boy. Cant wait until May!!

I found out 2 days before my 19th b-day. I was two weeks late on my period, but even while I was on birth control, I was having trouble with having a regular period. My fiance and I have talked about having a baby, yes I know we are pretty young, but we was ready for it. I stopped taking birth control, and we tried for a few months, but always got a negative, so we decided that maybe it wasn't our time, so I got back on the birth control. Not even a month after I got back on it, I noticed my period didn't start on time, like usual, but it never worried me. Then a week passed, started to get worried, then another week passed and decided I needed to test. I was at wal-mart with Brent and I told him that we needed to get a test and he looked puzzled, and I explained to him I was two weeks late and I was worried. So as soon as we got home he wanted me to take it, and it turned out positive. So I took another one the next morning, still positive. We went to the doctor that following thursday and she wanted an ultra sound just to be safe, and there was a little baby inside me. It was the most precious moment, just looking at the screen and even though she looked like a little blob, she was my little blob. We recently had ultra sound pictures and the first thing we saw on the screen was her looking at us, well, it looked like she was looking at us. I can't stop looking at that picture. I am 23 weeks along now, and I am able to feel her move. I love it. Even though I always have to pee, have terrible heartburn, my back is killing me, my toes and ankles are swollen, I can't wear jeans anymore, and I get exhausted quickly....I wouldn't change it for the world. I'm not due until May, but I can not wait until then. I want it to come so bad, but I know she is worth the wait :)

I went through IVF for one cycle and got pregnant with the first round. I had to wait 10days after my egg transfer to take a blood test, but I cheated and took a hpt 3 days before and it was positive! Didn't believe it since we tried for almost 15 months before fertility treatments, so I took another one the next two days and each time the line got darker. 2 weeks later, we found out it was twins at our first ultrasound! I really had no morning sickness. I was just exhausted 24/7.

Now, I'm the mommy of 13 month olds (a boy and a girl) and life is insane, but worth every second!

I received a letter from my insurance stating that my birth control was recalled. So of course i look further into the situation and found out the recall happened in October, and wasn't informed till November!!. So went to Dr to test and was positive. Because i haven't had a period since my daughter was born Nov. 2009 we had no idea when we conceived so after u/s they figured i was 13 weeks. I completely missed the first trimester. I had absolutely no symptoms. A really big shock.

Me & my husband had been ttc for 6 months & I finally was 2 days late so I took one thinking it will be negative just like the rest had been but it came back positive so I cried!! We went out to eat that night where we went for our very 1st date & they sat us at the Booth we sat in for our 1st date too which was a sign because they hadn't sat us there in the 3 years we had been going so I think it was a sign of look how far we've come :) I'm 12 weeks today!!

Was on the pill and my period never came so went to the doctor thinking there was something else wrong with me. Pregnancy never crossed my mind but its the first test she did. I started bawling my eyes out. Mostly in shock I think. That was at 4 Weeks. I got depression and my relationship fell apart. I didnt eat and I slept about three hours a night. I felt like I was falling apart. No morning sickness at all, sore boobs and achy body. Turned everything around at ten Weeks, im now 19 Weeks and me and my partner are happy and excited. Still not sick but eating like a horse. Lol.

My period was like clock work to the hour every 28 days so when I was a day late I knew. I took a test a couple days later and +!!!!  Now 20 weeks and can't wait to meet my baby girl <3

I was 5 days late. Took at test and got a big fat positive!  Was going to wait to tell the hubby in a cute way but couldn't keep it in. He came home from work and I came out the room with a grin on my face. He said what are u doing I handed him the test and put my hand over my mouth with my eyes big and he said what does pink mean? I said pink means nothing then he said ew its wet, so ur pregnant with my hand still over my mouth I shook my head yes and he said aw. And gave me a hug. We kept smiling at eachother all night.

well, i stopped taking my b/c. I was told it can take a VERY Long time to get pregnant after i stopped it because i was on it for so long (5 years)...
but i took a pregnancy test 4 weeks after i stopped taking it and i was pregnant lol. No symptoms or anything - just wanted to see a little plus sign :)

it was late at nite being cranky with my bf.. he called me out saying i was being to cranky n i have been taking things to personal n that i could be pregnant! lol of course i didnt believe him so later that same nite i took a hpt n i was about to toss it cuz it said neg but i decided to wait just a little longer n came out a faint pos! lol after 5 hpt n a trip to the clinic it was forsure im prego! now im 14 wks!

with my first I had gone to the doctor for pain and feeling sick. I had them do several tests and 10 minutes later my doc came in to tell me I was pregnant. I was in complete shock, for my husband was fixed for 9 years and I was told I couldn't have kids.

second my husband wanted another baby with me, I told him not yet lets wait. I was on birth control and wasnt planning on stopping. cgristmas eve as we were wrapping gifts I needed to go pee so as I went into the bathroom I had one test staring at me so I took it to get it out of my bathroom and I left it on the counter. finished wrapping  came back to a positive test. shocked I put it in my husbands stocking for xmas. that xmas day we bought 3 more all positives 7w2days now. :)

I got really dizzy at work and ate cake which made me nausiated.  So i went home that nite took a test and i was pregnant.

With our first, I could not make it through a night without having to get up to pee. My cycles were out of whack and I didn't think I had ovulated but a friend encouraged me to take a test despite having no other symptoms. I hadn't warned my husband because I was sure it wouldn't be positive and ended up calling him while he was on the bus to work at 6:30 in the morning.

With this one, we had been trying a few months and I was doubtful of our odds for that cycle. It was a few days before I expected AF but figured I'd POAS so I could stop at the liquor store to stock up on wine for a dinner party the next day with a clear conscience. I stocked up on sparkling juice instead. :)
