13 week ultrasound
I have my 13 week ultrasound tomorrow. The last one I had was at 8 weeks. Will my baby still look like an alien? What all should I expect?

It will look more human this time. at my 13 weeks ultra sound my bubbah was sucking its thumb. Best ultra sound I've had. So surreal. Not just a blob with a heart beat :)) good luck

Im 11+6 today and i went for my down syndrome test yesterday. My baby was flippin and stretching sucked his or her thumb then flipped on its side looking at us lol and i heard the heart beat. Wen i heart the heart beat it finally sunk in that im pregnant.. u can actually see arms and the leg was about a inch long it was amazing.. went from being less than a inch to 2 inches looked very much human and not like a lima bean shaped thing lol

You guys are lucky! I didn't get my first ultrasound until I was 18 weeks! I'm 30w1d now and I've only had one other ultrasound and that was at 21 weeks.

I honestly have no clue why I had an ultrasound so late! There were other moms at my clinic that had their first ultrasound at the same time as mine though so it might just be my doctors.

At my doc office they also won't do ultrasound until 18-20 Weeks if they think you are having a healthy pregnancy. Just listen to heart n measure you until that point
