it sounds like anxiety disorder or maybe a form of PTSD (ppl who aren't veterans can go thru it... you can go thru it just from losing a loved one or having a SERIOUS stressful event in your life)
Go see a doctor and a psychiatrist about it.
Keekee, I'm sorry to hear about your loss. I lost my mother when I was 2 months pregnant and it was very hard. It sounds like you might have an anxiety disorder. This definitely is not healthy. Next time you see your doctor you should mention it to them and see what they think.
thank you. yeah it just started out of the blue. my sister ask, "what is wrong with you"? i don't know i can't help it...i can't think of anyting to be afraid of. i've always been around kids...i love to babysit. i don't know. i lost my dad in may, and i got pregnant right after...weird but it happen that way...my question is "what if my daddy was still living, would i be in this situation?" that's the only thing i'm worried about
