18 weeks pain in stomach

As of 3 hours ago I've had a pain in my tummy. Left of my belly button. Feels a lot like a ripped of pulled muscle, although have done nothing physical at all today. Hurts when i move and kind of cause cramp like pains.

Should I be worried??

Thanks so much, ill let you know tomorrow if the pain persist. If you think I should go to emergency I will. My boyfriend doesnt really know what it could be since I didnt do much today, but maybe I did just twist the wrong way. This app is really nice for advice, this is my first baby so I know absolutely nothing about what's normal or not.

OK well i would just take it easy. Maybe walking around or sitting down and getting up caused you to strain you abdominal muscle on top of it already growing for baby. I wouldn't worry too much. Keep me updated on any changes and i would be more than happy to give my input.

I have a heating pad on it and it actual seems to help. I honestly think I accidentally tore a muscle in my belly button. Thats the best way I could describe the pain. Ever since I put the heat pad on it, it doesnt hurt as much. Is a heating pad bad when ur pregnant?

Not at all.

I've been having some serious head ache this last month but did have one today, just felt this pain.
by not that im laying down I now realize that it only hurts when I move. Its not a constant pain. Sorry when I was not in bed it felt like it hurt all the time

Not a problem.

Its semi constant. But when I dont feel it its for no more then 30 seconds. It hurts more often then when it doesnt. But this is a new pain, just started feeling it a few hours ago.

Is it a constant pain? Sorry for asking so many questions. Just trying to narrow it down.

Maybe it could be gas pains. Does it hurt more when you take deep breaths?

It feels nothing like menstal cramps though. It hurts right next to my belly button and only in that one spot. Mostly when I turn or move my body. Is that the same as cramps?

Maybe a dofferent tyl of cramps?

Cramps are nothing to worry about usually. If it gets really painful worse than an average period type cramo, I'd definitely get checked..
