2 white dots on ultrasound

I just had an ultrasound and found out I was five weeks.  When they saw the sac there was also 2 white dots inside the sac, What does this mean generally??  I have never seen an ultrasound this early before, with my 11 year old I only saw 9 weeks and beyond..

They said my levels were fine etc. I also was told they don't like to confirm anything before it's actually a "fetus". But oddly enough my fiance seemed to think it was identical twins, and when he looked up a sonogram for a 5 week pregnancy for them it looked like mine. I'm not getting my hopes up but I know when the ultrasound tech said that there was no baby in the sac yet it did make sense but I have never seen 2 dots before. I was just curious if anyone else had experienced this..

It could have been the fetal pole and yolk sac....They will tell you at your next visit or call the office and they should be able to tell you once the results are in.
