21 weeks and Fainting

Hey ladies,
Curious if anyone else is having this issue. It's happened to me twice but this time I actually fainted this time. I can randomly be anywhere doing anything and my vision started to blur and hearing got fuzzy and I also got sweaty. I was shopping today in line to check out and next thing I knew I woke up on the floor apparently I had passed out and fell face first on my stomach. All my sugar level were fine went to the emergency room they ran test and they all came back normal. They monitored my baby boy and he is doing fine. I'm just scared that my test are normal and this happened to say what could have triggered it for future knowledge. Any help !!

Im 8.3 days n ive fainted 4xs already since i was 5 weeks i passed out last night in da shower its was just my bby telli.g me he/her energy was done n couldnt take anything i was doing anymore

The reason I faint is because my blood pressure is naturally low and if I move to suddenly or after I haven't moved in a while my blood pressure rises and causes me to faint.

that happened to me except i know to sit down before i hit the floor... I hate the feeling though!!! n it only happens wen im standing

At the end of my last pregnancy I got really low blood sugar its called hypoglycemia and that happened to me you need to be really careful I hope they figure it out hun

This happened to me at about 21weeks to I didn't go to the hospital though I was fine after about 10 minutes I think it was from not eating and I was standing for a long time

This used to happen to me it was really scary the first time. I would get all hot and my hearing would be all fuzzy and my eyesight would get all blotty  you just have to sit down. Wherever you are cause there is no fighting it and you will end up on the floor everytime. My doctor says ita cause we have so much extra blood and are heart and veins and lungs are working overtime just trying to get oxygen to the main parts of the body and sometimes the brain doesn't get enough cause its all directed to our pelvis region

Did they do tests for iron and bloodpressure ? I know when my iron is too low i get dizzy and fainted once in my last pregnancy and a couple times straight after delivery. That was all my iron. But i know blood pressure can do thesame.

Im 21 weeks pregnant too and it happens to me occasionally, but i normally sit down before i faint. My mother is a doctor, she said its from standing in one spot for too long!

My doctor was notified and I also went to the emergency room within the same hour, they ran multiple test but every thing came back great. It scares me that no one know why this happened to me
