24 weeks puking blood?

I threw up blood last night while having severe heartburn and this morning I feel faint and sick and my chest still burns. Does anyone know of a reason or some help on this?

... Assophagus lining and to only go in if I kept throwing up blood over and over that day. To just lay down drink water. I didn't go in. Felt better in an hour or so. Told my Dr at the next appt and she said "ya that happens sometimes" and moved on

I used to throw up blood clots but its due to my blood rushing and nerves inside my nose would pop. I was so scared. It would happen every morning when I wake up not knowing my nose was bleeding and it would go to my throat. I ask my midwife and she said it could happen here and there and its normal.
I am saying this because you might experienced what I had.
But if its totally different, the best way is to contact your doctor.

Good luck, hope you feel better soon.
