I'm in my 26th week of pregnancy (due 1/27/2012) and have yet to have gained any weight. When I went to my first appointment (I was about 8 weeks) I weighed 165, by my next appointment (went at 14 weeks..missed the 12 week), I was 155 and am still 155. I'm 5'4, so I'm not fading away by any means...but doesn't it seem odd to have not gained ANYTHING. Every day at work, people tell me how much weight I look like I'm losing. The doctor has not said anything about my weight. I did go apply for WIC last week and they showed concern. I eat crappy. I can go thru half a bag of candy in the middle of the night. I eat something for breakfast, I eat lunch, sometimes I'll have another lunch and I eat dinner. There have been days where I eat 2 BK Whoppers in a day AND eat other things. I'm not bragging that I eat unhealthy, just trying to show my point here. I do eat fruits and veggies as well (although not enough). I am not trying to lose weight. I just keep thinking that come my 7th month, I'll balloon up. Has this happened to any of you? Did the doctor seem concerned?? P.S. I don't have a thyroid problem, I was convinced I did but bloodwork was all normal. Diabetes screening will be at my 28 week appointment although I don't think I have that, you gain a lot of weight with that I always thought.
