26wks, soft tummy

Just wondering when should my tummy get hard? I don't feel like I look pregnant, and it's kinda worrying me I still don't look pregnant to people in my third trimester. When I'm at work with my apron on no one can even tell I'm expecting! Lol its hard around my belly button and below but everywhere else I just look fat/like I've gained weight.

I'd say gradually! I think the first time it actually got hard was because I was experiencing Braxton hicks lol! Even now my stomach is still pretty soft at times, I think it just hardens when he gets closer to my skin if that makes sense? Lol he's constantly in my ribs so my lower belly is usually soft. Hope that doesn't confuse you ahahah!!
