28 weeks pregnant

Last week I went for midwife appointment and my blood pressure was high and protein found in my urnine, I went back today and blood pressure was normal and no protein in urnine. What caused it to be high and have protein in urnine and now within space than a week it's normal again.. Has this happened to anyone else and what's caused it and will it get worse again or not?

It happen to me once at 26 weeks my blood pressure was so high but i didn't have protein in urine. I had to do the 24 hour urine test but came back normal. My doctor said we just have to  keep an eye on it. Now I'm 32 weeks and my blood pressure has been normal. I don't know what caused it though.

Yeah its strange don't let people scare you with there comments. High blood pressure can be bad if it continues to be high but if it stays normal you don't have to worry. My sister had high blood pressure so she had to be induced because it can harm the mom and baby.

So strange how it just disappeard after a week. People I knew where puting the fear of life into me saying I had to be on bed rest etc or I could go into Labour early and as a ftm I was terrified. But hopefully all stays normal again no idea what caused it x
