On your next ultrasound ask your doctor... I knew because I would feel this big round thing at the top of my stomach n I was joking n said it was his butt n I was right

I've been feeling that pressure my lil boy has been head down since about 20wks

I have this same pressure it start around the same time as u I asked my doctor n found out he turned n his head was down
