With my first pregnancy I fell about 5 times, I was just plain clumsey.  Each time I got checked.(everything was fine)  As long as baby is still moving good, you arent contracting, and theres no bleeding, spotting, or excess discharge(amnio. fluid), you should be alright.  The baby is well protected in there. I would rest and call your OB to let them know what happened.  Good luck.

I agree with the other posts.  Your babies are somewhat protected from the outside dangers but for your own peace of mind, I would go to the Dr.'s office just to get checked out.  Better safe than sorry.

with my last pregnancy I slipped and fell on my stomach...I put my hands out but since I fell on ice they went out from under me too. I was around 30 weeks. I called my OB and let them know and they had me come in and sit with the fetal monitors for about an hour. Everything turned out fine. My dr said even at the stage of pregnancy they're still pretty protected and cushioned.

I'm sure everything will be ok but you still need to call your dr and let them know you fell. they will advise best on what to do

you shoudl always get checked if you fall! The same day too, but you should lay on your left side and drink some juice and do a kick count to be able to tell the dr when you call them. Babies are pretty protected but they can get stressed and things happen with the cord if they move to much.

I was about 29 weeks when my ex pushed a door in my belly and my little girls has hearing damage from it:( He never got in trouble either! good that you did not land on your belly! Oh yeah this last time I fell and landed the same way when I got checked I did not even notice I was having contractions, I did for like 3 hours then they went away!
