2nd Trimester with Cramps?

Has anyone had cramps in their 2nd trimester?
Right now, I have marginal placenta previa.  I was spotting for about 4-5 weeks, it stopped 1.5 weeks ago.  I feel normal, other than occasional cramping.  It feels like "my time" is about to start, but it doesn't.  Currently, there is no spotting, bleeding, nothing but the cramps.  Today, there aren't any cramps, but I've had them for 2-3 days.  It's not severe, just feels like there's something...

have you spoken to your doctor about round ligament pain? cramping in the 2nd trimester can be braxton hicks contractions (practice contractions that don't lead to labor) or it can be a sign of early labor, so you want to talk to your doctor if they persist. I wouldn't worry too much but cramping that doesn't go away is something you should ask your doctor about just to be on the safe side :).
