3/5 engaged at 33wks wot does this mean?

hi im 33+3wks and 1cm dilated and 3/5 engaged they have told me to get everything ready for him just in case he comes tomorrow next week anyday. he is fine heartbeat normal and he growing great... thursday nite (wen i was in hospital) he wasnt engaged at all and now he is and to me this seems quick ..what does this mean? x

I think it means that the baby is pretty engaged in the birth canal!! Which is a great thing lol...but maybe not so much because your still early...just take it easy and relax mama :)...good luck

Your baby will be here sooner than your due date just take it easy try n make it to 37 week good luck and beat wishes to u baby and family
