3 months late period, very slight belly bump and some pregnancy symptoms?

3 months late period, very slight belly bump and some pregnancy symptoms?
I'm going on 3 months late for my period and am showing signs of pregnancy such as breast tenderness, tiredness and a slight increase in my belly size. (Note: I am normal weight, but I don't know if for sure it is simply not weight gain and not a baby bump.) My stomach area also just feels... different.
A few months ago I had problems with ovarian cysts, which maybe would cause my late period, but what about the pregnancy symptoms? It is fully possible I'm pregnant, and I plan on going to the doctor next week.
My question is: Has anyone has these symptoms and turned out -not- to be pregnant?

I should also add that I've taken 3 pregnancy tests and they came out negative. I did try an ovulation test and came out positive.

Kind of a late reply, I'm not on often. :) But it turns out I wasn't pregnant. They ran quite a few blood tests and before they came back, my period suddenly started. It turned out I had a vitamin D deficiency though.
