30 weeks very painful fetal movements

Has anyone expereinced very painful movements at this stage? sometimes it takes my breath away. yesterdys was very painful. today i have to stop what i'm doing when he moves. is this normal?

Yes! When I was pregnant, my son did that to me once and I couldn't move! I even thought it was my appendix, but my mom told me it was probably the baby and it was. He moved and the pain was gone. Try drinking some cold water to make the baby move :) Good luck!

I know what you mean.... in the last week or so ( i am currently 32 weeks) i have noticed that the baby's movements have become painful at certain times.... I think its more so when he is ROLLING and PUSHING..... sometimes I am like WOW.... thats uncomfortable.... I think its normal... they are running out of room in there and its hard for them to move around so they end up pushing really hard when they move.... I have a dr appt today and i will definitely ask him about it!

maybe its ur babies bum that is by ur ribs! my midwife toldme chloes bum was up by my ribs and thats y it was uncomfy for me! babys kicks just getting stronger for u!

its not specific kicks that are making me have to stop what i'm doing. maybe he is trying to summersault. he's been head down ready to come for a long time. in fact they can't even measure his head cause he's to low.

is the baby kicking u in the ribs or bladder? or is it every movement that hurts? i never got regular movements that were  painful.
