it's some kind of rash you only get while your pregnant and then goes away when the baby is born the only weird thing is i don't have a rash

I know this is tmi, but I had this problem with my daughter, I tried everything (it just happened to me on my bbs) but he prescribed some steriod cream and it worked wonders I only had to use it for about 4 or 5 days and it went completely away. I figured it was just from my bbs getting bigger and stretching. My dr never told me what it was but just said that it would help and it did. Oh and mine was worse at night too. Gl at the drs today! Hugs :o)

My friend had this same problem with her pregnancy, she was diagnosed with cholestatis. It is important that you inform your doctor. She said the itching was all over, but worse at night.

This happened to me when I was only about 5wks along but it only lasted for a short time. I just applied extra lotion and seemed to sooth it for a few hours.

Hi Mary, jus concerned on your itchness, maybe its some alergy from something, or its yuor skin expanding due to this pragnancy forming stretch marks which is one reason you may itch. Sorry if i'm of no help on this lol..

you need to call the doctor because that could be a sign of something, nothing major but they would want to know, especially i think when you start itching and you are over 32 weeks preg.  my cousin had it happen to her and the doctor wanted to check for soemthing.  I will call her and ask her exactly what and let you know, but call your OB nurse and just ask them:)

I had this same thing when I was p/g with my son. No rash no change in soaps ect. It started when I was about 26 weeks or so. My OB gave me some type of med to take - I don't remember what it's called though :( sorry! They don't know what caused it....
