40+4 weeks!
So I am 40+4 days and today at my appointment I got my membranes stripped. At my last appointment I was only 1 1/2cm dilated. Which was on Thursday I believe. Now I'm 3cm dilated thank goodness! So my OB stripped me (hehe). And if I don't have her before then, I'm being induced on Thursday! Yay! So excited<3
It's just like being checked for dilatation. Except she wiggled her fingers alot more a it was alot more painful.

For me it was really really uncomfortable and hurt quite a bit. But I have heard it's different for everyone

She stripped u have sex. I contracted about 2 hours after but they disnt become heavily strong until me and my hubby had sex
I got that done when I was pregnant with my daughter and when I got home I went power walking a lot through out the day and went into labor around midnight and had her by 9am the next morning so good luck!
