5 week ultrasound showed only a gestational sac with 3 tiny white dots inside the sac

I had my first u/s today and it showed me to be 5 weeks and 1 day pregnant.  The only thing seen on the u/s was the gestational sac that measured 0.40 cm, inside the sac were 3 tiny white dots which the u/s tech labeled d1, d2, and d3.  Can someone please tell me what should be seen at this stage and what the white dots are? Thanks.

Most likely it was what they used to measure.

at 5 weeks theres not much to see, sometimes the gestational sac and yolk sac and other times just the gestational sac.

but didint you asked what where the 3 spots?

look for 5 week ultrasounds online so you can compare

accually it is kinda early to see the baby(s) anyway. It was probably just the measurements
