5 weeks pregnant & feeling ok?

I am 5 weeks pregnant & i cannot sleep at night!! its almost 3 am & I am up again for the 5th day in a row?!? During the day I get tired at around 4-6pm but push myself to stay up as I have a 6 year old boy to tend to, but at my regular bedtime (10-11pm) I cannot get to sleep.
Also, for the past 2 weeks I haven't been hungry. I have no morning sickness & I am not a small person by no means. Before I got pregnant I eat 3 meals a day & felt hungry often. Now I have to make myself eat?! I drink water often & take my vitamins but I was wondering is this okay?
When I was pregnant with my now 6 year old I had all the symptoms, morning sickness, hungry all the time, cravings, & wanting to sleep all the time. Now it is the complete opposite.
Anyone know any good ways to help me get to sleep at night? & is it okay not to be hungry?
Thanks :)

I can tell you from experience (6 full term pregnancies) that each and everyone is different.  Symptoms can come at all different stages. Typically symptoms don't kick in full swing unti around 6 -7 weeks when hormone levels peak.

hi i'm 5 weeks too i'm on my third baby and i can't sleep either my husband works nights and are daughters go to bed at 6 so i nap with him for a few hours before he goes to work i don't think that helps but i've always had trouble sleeping my doctor says its okay to take a normal dose of tylenol pm I was told to take them during my first two pregnancies i haven't been been to the doctor yet but i don't feel pregnant yet either i'm sure i am but it just doesn't feel like the others no morning sickness no car sickness which i had bad the first two times its weird but every pregnancy is different so i would say its normal and i'm sure its ok not to be hungry as long as you still eat if you don't want to take pills a hot bath or shower and a cup of hot tea or chocolate helps me too
