5 weeks pregnant

I'm 5 weeks along, I'll be 6 weeks on Monday. I've been experiencing very bad cramping and very bad nausea. I've been taking hot baths, and using a heating pad for my cramps. I was told that Tylonol 500mg helps a lot. Does anyone have any remedies for bad cramping and nasuea?

Cramping is implantation. I would stop using the heating pad. Avoid being in a hot bath for linger than 15 minutes. Eat crackers first thing in the morning. Welcome to Ur first trimester. :)
