Is it normal to have nausea with no vomiting at week 5 or is it just bad nerves??? I'm 32 and this is my first time being pregnant.

Same boat, try to eat anything you can. having someone bring me something that isn't already sitting in my house all the time helps. If you can change up your menu try that. remember to stay hydrated . once it passes you can go back to eating as healthy as possible right now food still matters for energy.it could last 14 weeks or till the start of your second trimester

yes It is. very normal. drink gingerale. crackers hope it helps.I had it for 5 week's then I waa vomiting. but it might not happened to u just nausea
