im 5w4d and today i had brown spotting only when i wiped and had off an on little to mild cramp feeling nothing really strong. just wondering if anyone one else went through this.  this is my first pregnancy and i am a little worried.

the brown red spotting lasted a couple of hours and now its gone could it be because i had intercourse last nite

well now today i have a brown/red spotting that is more constant then yesterday but still cramps are off and on and are very mild

you should have your progesterone levels checked. spotting can be normal, but can be a sign of low progesterone which can cause a miscarriage. i hope the best.

Yeah, I've been spotting and bleeding off an on and im 6w2d. I've even passed a few clots. I've had three ultrasounds, and they all show a healthy growing baby! The heartbeat as of yesterday was 126 bpm. Call your OB/GYN and and if you're five weeks, you'll be able to see a gestational and yolk sac.

Brown blood is old blood and not usually something to worry about. However, contact your doctor and maybe they can give you an ultrasound or check your levels to make sure everything is ok. I bled worse than a period for 5 weeks in the beginning of my last pregnancy and I now have a healthy 2 year old to show for it.
