6 weeks pregnant and no yolk sac or heartbeat

Hi.. Went to the doc when I was 5 weeks 1 day.. She said she saw a yolk sac.. Went back at 6.5 weeks to another doc and he said he was not seeing a yolk sac or a heart beat.. On July 30th 2010 my HCG was 836 and I took blood work yesterday Aug 17th and my HCG is 31045.. Do you think there is still a chance that maybe just maybe it's just to early?

I wish you the best and hope everything turns out ok. Im going through almost the same thing but im 8 weeks. I had an ultrasound at 5w2d and only showed a sac but was told it was normal because it was early. Well at the doctor monday at 8w1d i still only showed a sac so i was sent to a specialist. i wont know the results until tomorrow but im hoping for the best. Also my hcg at 5w2d was 28,059 and just had another draw yesterday. Please keep me in your prayers.

No two pregnancies are the same. You could be earlier than you think.

Schedule a ultra sound and heartbeat for around 12-14 weeks by then it wil be clearly visible.
