It could be anything, I have also been having mild cramping but mine was on the left hand side. last night was so bad, I am 12 dpo and I pray that its not AF pains... I usually get AF signs way before the time, but got nothing so far... except I think my tummy started to bloat about an hour ago....  Lets not get our hopes up, it could be anything.

I had it since 4dpo and that is how I knew I was pregnant...I never had cramping before my period...mine was the left side...good luck!

Zakanunu- I'll be crossing my fingers for you and hoping that af gets lost on the way to your house.

sweetangel7- last night when I posted I searched medhelp for 7dpo cramping and all the posts I found were from women who ended up being pregnant. So I'm going to try and not get my hopes up too much, but I have to admit that I'm a little excited.
