7 weeks 5 days and worried. Please help......

Hello. Ladies. Hope everyone is enjoying their pregnancy. I am 7 weeks 5 days today. At 6 weeks 4 days I had my first U/S and we saw 2 heartbeats. They looked very strong. I have been nausiated since I found out I was pregnant, but not really throwing up. Maybe once day, sometimes once in two days, but nasuated all day. Nothing sounds good to eat. Past few days I had some lower back pain, lots of gas pain. Yesterday did urine test and came back positive for infection, now I am on antibiotics. Shoul I be worried about not havins morning sickness as much? This is my first pregnancy, so I have no idea what to expect.

Thank you very much

I wouldn't worry so much. My first pregnancy was twins as well, but I lost them due to a extra chromosome. I was only a little sick too. This pregnancy we are waiting for confirmation but there may be more than one in there again lol. I am just about 8 weeks too and morning sickness is hitting me full force.  Your symptoms sound great! So no worries.

I have 2 children and never really experienced the whole morning sickness thing. With my first i fell nasueated when i took the prenatal vitamin, and with my 2nd I got dizzy alot but out of 41 weeks i only threw up maybe 10 times. So dont worry to much about it be glad ur not sick all the time could be worse. Good luck to you

I was on fertility treatments. We did many IUIs and 3 IVFs, all failed. I got pregnant with FET (frozen embryo transfer).

Thank you

very lucky of you to have twins on the 1st pregnancy... i heard hving twins on the 1st pregnancy is uncommon unless the mother is on fertility drugs or using IVF. anyway congrats to you..! i love  twins..they are just adorable..!!

Some people just dont get morning sickness. If you are one of those people consider yourself lucky. However I didn't really get morning sickness until about 8 weeks so you may still get it!
