7 weeks to go.

Hey every one i've 7 weeks left until my due date this is my 3rd baby and im worried that the postnatal depression i developed after having my son will return, i lost my mam and nanna last year who i was really close too and although i have other family and a great partner i just feel so lonely all the time and fear this will trigger the p/d off again :( advice on how 2 try and avoid it if possible would b great thanks x

well your half way there already, you know what to keep an eye out for and you have already spoken to your doctor so half the battle with that has been won :) you cant guarantee it wont come back but you can do something about it if it does, good luck :)

Thank you hun ive spoke to doctor she said as soon as i feel or reconaise a sign to go straight in to see her x

The only thing I could say is talk about how you feel and talk to your ob and let them know your concerns so they can keep in eye on it. I'm here if you ever need to talk :)
