yes and sometimes it is also like a burst of anxiety that makes my heart race out of no where as if i saw something that scared me. but the eating thing is a constant racing till i fall asleep of just till it is gone.

I don't remember if it was after eating, but I'd get the whole racing heart feeling, which scared me because I already have a "weak" (cardiologists quote) heart, I can't take, pseudophedrine, or drink too much caffeine. I asked some ladies if they had experienced it, and they said yes. I think anxiety is normal in early pregnancy, as your body is still adjusting to being pregnant. Not that it's exactly what you ladies are experiencing, just thought I'd share some info from my pregnancy.

me too!! i get SUPER hungry and then i eat and my heart races and i get shortness of breath and then i get really tired every time i eat a big meal. like i have to close my eyes for 10 minutes or lay down flat at least because the tiredness is just so overwhelming. Its probably normal because our bodies are working so hard to take care of this baby and the baby is working hard to get the nutrients from us. So, im sure it takes out a  lot of energy...but i feel a lot better in knowing that this is happening to at least one other woman early in their pregnancy. : ) sometimes i feel like i ran a marathon after eating lol
