A little concerned

I am 24 years old and I recently found out that I was pregnant. I took three test to be sure two home pregnancy and one from a health center all urine. I was wondering if there could be a possibility that I am not really pregnant because the only symptoms I am really having are cramps, fatigue, and I was having diarrhea. Could this just be a chemical pregnancy?

A lot of people don't have any symptoms when they find out they are pregnant. I had no symptoms at all. I was 3 and a half weeks and I didn't have any symptoms til about 6 weeks. Then the horrible morning sickness set in. So enjoy your time feeling good for now!
