A week overdue

When will my baby decide to get here??  lol
I was due on the 31st and the doctor told me that if the baby does not come on its own by Wednesday he will induce me Thursday (I have high blood pressure), any suggestions on how I can induce labout naturally?????

I am so anxious to meet my little guy or girl

I don't know from personal experience, but I have heard the following suggestions;

1.) BD'ing
2.) Walking
3.) Castor Oil (controversial)
4.) Stripping membranes

I was told that BD was the best way to bring on labor and it worked for my son I was induced with my daughter since I had to be on meds to stop labor with her so I dont if it works or not. But hey its worth a shot!! Good Luck and I hope that you have a safe and healthy delivery soon!!! :o)

Also walking is supposed to help!!
