Do you know how long your cycle is? (start of your period to the start of the next?).  A typical women will have a 28 day cycle, so basically 14 days after her first period day she will ovulate and that egg is viable for 24-48 hours or so. When you have a period your body is shedding everything and getting ready for a new cycle. So basically this means it is more difficult to get pregnant if you are having sex during your period. Sperm can live inside of a women for up to 7 days if conditions are good and if you have a really short cycle, say 24 days or something then there is a slight chance you can get pregnant because you might ovulate within those 7 days that the sperm can stay alive. So basically chance are low that you are pregnant but it is not 100% that you are not. You have to wait at least two weeks and take a HPT.

i would say probably not unless you ovulate very early on in your cycle... it is possible i guess if you do and the sperm survive in your system long enough to get to an egg when you do ovulate... unfortunately though its going to be a long wait until you find out if you are :)
