Why is it your last chance to try?? And I would reccomend trying on day 10, 12, 14, and 16.. and 17 if you'd like.

Sperm can live inside of you for up to 5 days.  So intercourse within 5 days of ovulation can result in a pregnancy.  So it you ovulate on CD17, I would start having intercourse by CD 10 just to be safe.  If you chart your temps, that also makes it easier to confirm that ovulation has taken place.
