The acidity in lemon juice works well to clear out the bacteria.

Try cetaphil. It's a miracle in a bottle lol and spicy foods don't cause acne, greasy food and fried food does. It's more than likely just your hormones though and will probably clear up by your 2nd/3Rd ttimester

I have this too. It got worst during pregnancy. I've never had it in mt chest now its all over my chest is so ugly smh. I just use a facial scrub. But I doesn't really work. I was told that it would go back to normal after baby is born.

I had this with my first evertday i would wake up with new spots my face, chest and back were completely covered i used face wash and moisturiser twice a day but it did no good :( in the end i was told it was hormonal and it wouldntclear up untill about 3 months after my baby was born as my hormones had to have a chance to get back to normal and i was never a spotty kid... luckily it didnt happen this time but i no what ur going through xx

I alternate between the neutrogena orange face wash and philosophy face wash. I am very prone to acne in the first and second trimester. By the third it's pretty much cleared up. It's all of those hormones. :(
