For God's sake do not take anything but Tylonal!!!! The other stuff has Ibuprofren and it can cause all kinds of side affects and even miscarriage. You dr should've given you a list of all that you can take (live by that list when you are ill or in pain)

Tylenol is completely safe, if used correctly. Any form of anti inflamatory based drug is not to be used whilst pregnant. I had a dr. in the E.R. tell me it was ok to use, but to stay away from it after 30 weeks. When I spoke to my OB about it she was furious. Its never safe to use, can cause harm to the fetus.

Hello. I am 4 weeks pregnant and took tylenol last night. During my last pregnancy the doctor said it was safe but I'm still worried. What has everyone else heard????

You aren't supposed to take any kind of ibuprofen (such as Advil or Motrin).  But Tylenol is ok.
