Am I Pregnant?

So, relating to my last question a few days ago, "Is it possible to get pregnant the day before your expected period?"  it is now day 10 of no period... I took one home pregnancy test 3 days ago and it came out negative. I have had cramping the last few days, and bad headache off and on since yesterday. and my cervical mucous and increased a lot more.. My nipples do hurt more.. but my 2 year son has also breastfed and I recently stopped breastfeeding him, so now he pulls on them, so I don't know if its hurting worse because they are more sensitive or if he is just really pinching them harder now. Usually I can handle it but lately it REALLY hurts lol.... So should I take another test? What do you all think?

Get a blood test I took 3 home pregnancy test and they all came negative..I was trying to get pregnant and since my period didnt come in two months but also im very irregular and I had tender breast at the moment which also happen 3 days before my period but the tenderness had stayed for 2 week I went to family dr and they had runned out of urine test so they did the blood test..im pregnant..I go to my obgyn they do another urine test and comes out negative again but they did a sono and in fact I am pregnant..so get blood work done its was better :)

Go get a blood test. That's the only way to know for sure
