Am I still pregnant??

Okay so i'm 7 weeks pregnant. When I found out about my pregnancy, I was completely shocked because I was once told that I was never able to have children. but I was ecstatic :) my morning sickness has been terrible. some days, I don't eat anything & i've lost about 6 pounds. The other day, I went pee & when I wiped, there was a little bit of blood. Of course I freaked out. I tried to relax & just waited to see if it was still there next time I used the bathroom. It wasn't. I've been cramping a lot.The cramping isn't bad but its enough to make me uncomfortable at night. Also, when I sneeze or cough, it hurts my pelvic area. I just want to know if this is normal or should I be worried.. although i'm already very worried :(

I had this too. I just waited it out because that early there really isn't anything they can do about a miscarriage. I had bleeding nd cramping (especially after sex) nd then I'd wipe pink or brown blood. I was also told i couldn't get pregnant so I was seriously just WAITING for a miscarriage to happen. however, at about 9 weeks the bleeding stopped. I kept taking pregnancy tests cuz of the cramps nd bleeding. I took a total of about 13 throughout the first trimester.
now I'm 21+4 with a healthy baby girl(: its normal to worry. especially when told your whole life you'd never be able to conceive but hopefully I've eased your mind a bit(:

The bleeding is the only thing I would worry about but just one time isn't a forsure sign of a miscarriage. Many women bleed and have normal pregnancies.  But the mild cramping is normal.  Maybe take a trip to the er if it happens again just to ease your worey
