Am I the only one out of breath?!

I am 9 weeks pregnant and I seriously feel like I am running a marathon doing even the simplest task!  Walking to the mailbox makes me sound like I'm already in labor!  It's so embarrassing!  I am not even that out of shape, I could jog before this and now I feel like I am constantly gasping for air!  Am I the only one???

I've been feeling the same way! I'm 6 weeks 4 days and I live on the 3rd floor. I could walk up each flight of stairs no problem before and now when I get to the top I feel I'm gonna pass out.

I was the same way for a few weeks and then it went away. because your body is working so much harder creating more blood and all the major changes going on you will get out of breath. it will go away though. i only had to walk 2 blocks to work and by the time i got there i had to sit down because i was so out of breath. then finally getting to where i could breath normally took about a half hour.

just take deep breaths and walk slowly. second trimester will get better all around and you are only  4weeks away from that. im scared to be out of my second trimester in 2 weeks cuz then it gets hard again!
