Am i going to miscarry

I am 6 weeks pregnant, but since finding out i had cramping before i tested and got a postive and a week later i am still cramping but yesterday afternoon i wiped very diluted blood on the tissue, today i am wiping brown, but still with cramping.  I went to the hospital also yesterday but they just sent me home.  Please help......

a little bit of cramping and spotting can be completely normal in early pregnancy. What did the doctors at the hospital say??

I had brown spotting too around week 6-7.  It went away after about a week and when I had U/S to rule out miscarriage, we got a heartbeat!  Go see your doc and most of the time, my doc said brown spotting is not too serious.  But def call or see ur doc asap.

It is best to get it checked out but try not to worry even though i know how hard that can be cos it won't help matters. Some women have spotting right through there first 3 months so it might not be anything to worry about. Best got the doctor and just get checked out to be sure. Good luck and hope it works out for u.
