Am i pregnant?

Question

I think i may be pregnant but im on the contraceptive implant. I have most of the symtoms like headaches, light bleeding constantly, sore back, sore stomach below the bellybutton, my sides hurt, tender breasts, hot flushes and sickness. Me and my partner have had alot of sex, around 8 - 15 times a week and its always been unprotected, please help?

well,thank God for your precious gift.u r ryt,no contraceptive is 100% safe but u r actually blessed becoz a lot of women fail or delay to get pregnant due to implants.

No contraception is 100% and I think they SHOULD state it more and make it obvious that you can get pregnant even on ANY type of contraception.

just back from the doctors, had to get the implant removed as im around 5 weeks pregnant, just goes to show no contraceptive is 100% no matter how could they say it is x

The implant is known to stop your periods as well, because it does something to the egg either stops it from getting released (When released but not ferilised you have your period) Or its put a thick wall around the egg to make it harder to be fertilized. 

But there is always a possibility, I would take a pregnancy test

If you are late you should be able to take an at home pregnancy test and get accurate results. If the test is positive see a doc for removal of implant and checkup. If it is negative see a doc because you could still be pregnant or something else could be wrong.

I have missed a period, no not taken a test yet, donttake antibiotics and no overlap on birth control, thankyou for the response

Are you late for your period?  Have you taken a home pregnancy test?  It's hard to tell based off of the symptoms you describe.  You are on birth control did you take antibiotics?  Or maybe have an over lap in birth control methods?  Or skip a dosage or two?  If not the chance of you being pregant are about .00001%.  If you take a home test after you are late and it's still negative you should see your doctor for confirmation and to get to the bottom of what you are experiencing.  Good luck.
