I was reading about this yesterday as I have been getting horrible heartburn! Some stuff i read: a tablespoon of honey in warm milk, drink pickle juice, apple cider vinegar... then there's mylanta and stuff like that. You can always ask doctor for Rx. Try eating smaller meals & not drinking while eating. And of course avoid the stuff that gives you heartburn. Good luck, hope you find relief! Im still looking for mine :/
That's the one i tried & it did help but i don't like drinking white milk so i was looking for another one to try... but will suck it up if i have to!! Also plain yogurt- i guess dairy is supposed to help so maybe vanilla ice cream??!!
I have terrible heartburn too.. but sadly enough i got lactose intolerant during this pregnancy so i cant have regular milk.. vanilla ice cream wont help i have tried and it makes it worse.. but it could be different for you.
awwhh congrats new mama !!! :))
& mee iM starting to leak (embarassingg!!!!) but im good..hungry all the timeee & heart burn is a biggie too especially at night when im abt to go to sleep !!i really hate it
I found a home remedy online. works wonders since i dont think we can use alkaseltzer due to the aspirin. i mix teaspoon of baking powder with half a cup of water. It stops it right away but u will also belch good. not the tastiest.
