Anyone have pain during bowel movements in early pregnancy?

I am 5 1/2 weeks pregnant, and my OB says I am at high risk of an ectopic, which of course has me worried.  He says this because I have had 3 laparoscopies in the past 22 months, but none of them really had anything to do with my tubes and I've had THREE HSG's in the past 3 years (most recently during my surgery on July 1st) and all of them showed my tubes were perfect and clear.  So I'm trying not to get too worried, because most of what I read says your risk increases with surgeries actually involving you tubes, which I have not had.

However, I have been experiencing some pain SOMETIMES with bowel movements and urination.  Just wondering if anyone else with a healthy pregnancy experienced this early on?  I'm trying to tell myself it is just my adenomyosis - a condition I have that caused me all kinds of daily pain and definitely pain with bowel movements and sometimes urination when I wasn't pregnant.  I can't really find any info on pregnancy with adenomyosis, so I'm hoping that's all it is.

The short answer is yes and no.  While some pain can be normal, not all causes of pain while having a bowel movement/urinating are.  In this case, I would recommend letting your doctor know especially since you are high risk at this stage.
